I’ve just rediscovered sharing my tracks with OSM. Looks like 12 years ago my files were getting automatically uploaded from a site I was using then - RunSaturday.com, which is not defunct. Is there anyway to set up an automatic upload from either Garmin Connect or Strava?
Hi philipshambrook, what’s wrong with looking at it first, just to have an eye on the quality of the track points ?
By uploading them at once / automatically, you want be able or just later to correct them and make them OSM wordy. It all depends on the quallity of the antenna and the running program and above all the frequenty or interval of the nodes. It should not end up as the river program in JOSM acts. The stream is zig zagging through the landscape, but it is not the right place, but electronicly made.
