Are there any GPS trackers using OSM maps?

Hello everybody!

I wonder if there are any GPS trackers that can be used with OSM maps.

I need to put a GPS tracker into my scooter and then open an APP on my android phone to check the location of my scooter.

Anyone please tell me if you know a name of such GPS tracker.

How do you propose that your scooter will communicate its location to your phone when they aren’t physically near each other?

I guess such a tracker would have to use cell data, satellite, or some other kind of radio connection to transmit the location data. Of course, this is far outside the scope of OSM. Using OSM data to show the resulting location on a map would really be one of the easiest and most minor portions of such a project.
