Are somewhat large areas of land that separate parking lots considered traffic islands?

Hi, my current project is mapping a commercial area that has a bunch of surface parking. There’s commonly lots of patches of grass that are either regular traffic islands and then there are some that act like parking-lot separators. These plots are much larger and have more organic shapes, usually featuring sidewalks and other road easement like utilities. Would these be considered a traffic island as well, or have their own classification?

I would just use landuse=grass for those. They aren’t traffic islands, at most dividers, but in this case, keep it simple.
