ArcGIS shapefiles (buildings) into OSM?

Hi,

I have digitised some university buildings as shapefiles in ArcGIS and have noticed OSM doesnt support the file type. The buildings have been taken from a copyright free/non OS dervied etc rectified map.

I would like to add these to the main map but can not see any easy way of doing so.

Any ideas?
