Hi,
i want to edit maps in my local database throught JOSM. As far as I know, JOSM uses this API to comunicate with database. I was looking for API in subversion (svn.openstreetmaps.com), but no result.
Is this API avaiable and is enought to place it on some webserver to be able to edit my database by JOSM?

What you are interested in is called the Rails Port, and can be found at http://svn.openstreetmap.org/sites/rails_port/

Mind you, if you install this, you basically have a clone of the openstreetmap.org website, which includes user management, diaries, etc.
