Anyone with a map of the 'payam'level in South Sudan?

Is there anyone who has a map of the administrative ‘payam’ level of South Sudan? (levels are: states-counties- payams-boma s )
South Sudan is a bit difficult as they often change there administrative levels, but I would already be happy with any map showing payam levels.

You can try the webservice of OSM user wambacher at

… but the service seems to be out-of-order in this moment … that link there gives me a 404 error.

UPDATE:

added https instead http to that URL … and it works!
