I can provide even worse ones in a day or two — tree roots heavily damaged parking spots over the years, so I’m often forced to use the worst spots.
However, I’m uncertain what this is supposed to be used for: grass paver is normally only used for parking lots and like, and we don’t tag those for smoothness.
I have seen some in other places of Poland, most often on road on slopes with high incline where erosion after rain was especially likely and road was not a public road. Presumably surface=asphalt has much higher cost independent from how large area is being paved, making it inefficient for tiny sections. While bringing few concrete blocks has more or less linear costs with much lower fixed part.
Also, seems more likely in places where heavy equipment like agricultural or logging machines may pass, probably paving_stones are more prone to be damaged by them.
