The user https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Ahmed%20Wali%20Deria%20Guled/history is struggling with how OpenStreetMap works, and what is a valid source and what isn’t.
The Data Working Group have received a number of complaints about their edits (errors, general poor quality and sometimes just rubbish). While we could prevent them editing, we’d much rather try and get them to improve the quality of their edits. Changeset comments can be found here.
Edit: No response, so I’ve reverted the latest bunch of meaningless values, blocked them for a week and asked them to contact us again.
