I have been dipping my toe in water trying to map some bus routes in Derry but I’m not often in that neck of the woods to check how the busses actually move around (and I don’t trust Translink’s data as far as I could throw it
)
A couple of queries for those more familar with the area:
-
at the main Foyle Street Bus Station: do busses terminating/starting there generally drive into the back of the bus station (via Foyle Embankment) to deposit their passengers and let new ones board? Or do they rock up along Foyle St itself and do their business on the street outside? (This behaviour may vary depending on time of day, if other Translink bus stations are anything to go by…)
-
Craigavon Bridge across the Foyle is two-tier, right? Do busses generally go on the top tier or the lower one?
