Hello,
Umap is fine when you only need to import remote maps once, but it’s useless if you’d like those remote maps to be linked dynamically, ie. any change made to the remote map should pop up in your map.
Is there an OSM-based alternative that supports dynamic maps?
Thank you.

Umap supports dynamically updated OSM data, it’s slightly fiddly but eminently doable. See http://www.mappa-mercia.org/2014/09/creating-an-always-up-to-date-map.html .
I run one which reports POIs with outdated names.

Thanks, but it’s not what I meant.
I need to include live maps built by other users , not live data from OSM fetched by an Overpass query.
Effectively, I’d like my Umap map to include live layers from other users’ Umap layers. Not sure it’s clearer
