Administrative boundaries of Ghana

Hello,

since a few years Im mapping a lot of streets and cities in ghana. But there is a big matter. Always when Im looking at the map, I can’t see the first- and second-level administrative boundaries of this country. That makes me sad, because the most african countries show this boundaries.

Can anybody add these details?
I dont know how I can do this.

Indeed … according to http://www.flosm.de/en/Administrative-Boundaries.html there is a lack of local boundaries in Ghana.

You mentioned map material from maplibrary.org … what licence is this service using exactly? Are we allowed to use that data in view to our ODbL ?

Are there other “open” sources like the CIA world fact book?
