Adding track to maps offline

Hi,

Is it possible to add NMEA tracks to saved maps offline? Are saved maps JPGs?

Can you tell us more about what you want to do and which programs and devices you want use.
You can save .osm map data for offline use using the josm editor which can also import nmea tracks, but this is mostly to edit the osm and may not be what you want to do.
