I’m looking at this situation, and I’m not certain how best to map it. My current thought is to map the curb into an access isle, then have it turn into an unmarked crossing, back into an access isle, curbs, footpath for the island, and into the final access isle. Would that be alright?

Yep, that looks good, possibly with another unmarked crossing across the next driveway as well, because it looks like there’s another access aisle just visible at the top of the screen?

Sounds reasonable. Also tag the first access aisle with access_aisle=disabled as those appear to be designated disabled parking spaces on either side of it.
