Abandoned Railways

Hi, Im a new contributer to the site…I have a question about the policy regarding abandoned railways…Can I create an abandoned railway line on the map if the area is now covered with buildings/houses or can you only create an abandoned railway line if you can still tell from the terrain there used to be a railroad there?

I would say that if the area has been built over, it no longer can be called an abandoned railway, because it is not recognizable on the ground.
