a moderator for the Belgian forum

Hi,

We would like to add some sticky messages to the Belgian forum. But we didn’t know how to do that, and we kind of discovered we probably have no own moderators.

Could you make users escada and optionally myself too moderators to the “users: Belgium” forum? And kindly point us to how we can do this?
