A country that doesn't exist actually

Just below Morocco you’ve a small line that says : Arab republic démocratic sahara. Here you’re setting it as a country that has a map and people, I wanna understand how you could fall for such mistake ? It’s either, you separate it from Morocco and name it western Sahara just like Google does, or put it as full map of Morocco which is the reality of it, no political talking here, just stating facts .

Have you read the OSM documentation about disputed territories?

For completeness, here is a link to a previous consultation in the forum, and the results.

It’s important to distinguish between what’s in the OSM data and what is depicted on any particular map created using that data. Both the current territorial realities and the UN-recognised Western Sahara border are present within OSM (the latter for example is http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2559126 ). People making maps can choose to use either of those (or both, or neither).
