a change fails, but only in one Zoomlevel

I changed the line 94616681 (in the change 13747769) to be connected to the line 22932167 (Punt d’Ual). Now, nearly two days after changing, all seems ok, but at one zoom level (100m) the map shows the old situation without the connection.
Is this my mistake or a bug in the update program?

Thanks for the answer.
It is Ok now also on my computer: Somehow my computer took only the files from the internal cache, despite pressing the refresh button. But after cleaning all temporary internet files with ccleaner it is OK.
