I am new to OSM and live in Tarrant County, TX. There are numerous parks here that have 911 location signs posted at fairly regular intervals along their trails to make it easier for first responders to find persons who have called 911 in emergencies. I would like to geolocate as many of them as I can on bicycle with my new Garmin GPSMAP 64x and contribute them to OSM. What’s the best way to do this? Thanks in advance for any/all help!
As an example, although I don’t know Dutch, there was a discussion in the Netherlands forum this year. https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=790573#p790573 I have the impression some of these could function as both, while others could only be either one. Some of them may be on a information=guidepost or information=map as well. Hence my question.
