The 1st Beta of 10.1 is available on the google play store in the Beta channel http://vespucci.io/help/en/10.1.0%20Release%20notes/ Note the OAM support was added after this build was created.
The 2nd Beta with OAM support is now available, barring any major last minute issues this is what will be released.
