Hm I see, dashed markings are used also when there is a parking lane beyond the cycle lane. I.e. everywhere where cars may pass through the lane:

Tagging-wise, there are the normal cycle lanes
cycleway=lane (+ cycleway:lane=exclusive)

And advisory lanes, 2-1 lanes etc, i.e. lanes that are usually

  • not mandatory to to use (because they are too slim to be safe)
  • and/or not exclusive to cyclists as in that cars on an e.g. 2-1 road can and will regularly swerve into or even park on it

are tagged like this:
cycleway=lane + cycleway:lane=advisory

I wonder , would a distinction in Finland make sense? Or are all cycle lanes, be it in a kylätie or somewhere else, simply cycle lanes?
